Prof. Martyna Łaszewska-Hellriegel is currently working as Professor and Chair in Legal Theory, Legal Philosophy and Legal History at the University of Zielona Góra, Poland. She is Deputy Director of the Law Institute and Head Unit of the International Network of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics. She is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (1997). Martyna Łaszewska-Hellriegel is Doctor of legal sciences in the field of law, (Humboldt University in Berlin - 2003) and Legal counsel (2003). She is Scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (2000-03), scholarship holder of the Georg Soros Foundation in the USA (1994-96). She is Habilitated doctor of legal sciences (Nicolaus Copernicus University - 2014). Martyna Łaszewska-Hellriegel has published more than 6 books and 21 articles in International per reviewed journals.
