Adel Shatta is a Professor at Department of Food Technology, Fac. of Agriculture, Suez Canal University, Ismailia, Egypt. Adel Shatta gained his Ph.D. degree in Food Technology (1992). Adel Shatta is a member of the scientific committee for Food Technology and Dairying for promotion of professors and Associate professors (the Egyptian Supreme Council of Higher Universities).
Recently, Adel Shatta is currently Director of Follow-up of graduates Unit, Fac. of Agric., Suez Canal University, Ismailia, Egypt. In July, 15 2016 Adel Shattagot agreed that my biography is inclusion within 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century~10thEdition from International Biographical Centre, of Cambridge, England.
